Specialty & Estates |
|
Estate coffee is premium quality coffee that has special features of the estate. This could be the elevation at which it was grown, richness of soil, special processing techniques, variety of the bean or cultural practices. Specialty coffees are grown in special and ideal climates, and are distinctive because of their full cup taste and little to no defects. The unique flavors and tastes are primarily a result of the special characteristics and composition of the soils in which they are produced. The beans originate from a common soil and have a distinctive identity based on flavor and aroma. This coffee is usually more expensive and defines the specialty coffee market. |
